Hi guys
Just wanted to let you know that my period arrived today. So I guess the IUI did not work.
I was at my second day of work surrounded by an art project for my kids. We are making little booklets that you stick on the fridge to do your shopping list. It’s a nice creative art project.
When I got home I was sorting through my scrapbooking stuff looking for flowers to use for this project and I came accross some inspirational paper and I was glad I did. This was after I’d stuffed myself with junk food (KFC, plus avelanche with chocolate brownies) and sent sms’s to all my friends and had a chat with my boss as well (She said “I don’t want you to give up”. and “Have you thought about adoption?” (aah!) My hubby is also sad, but he gave me lots of funny sms’s today to keep me smiling (about how the dogs are our babies, did Coffee (our one dog who sleeps with us) kick me in the night, we can get take aways..)
So anyway.. here are the quotes:

Well I hope you were also inspired. Yes I need a break to eat rubbish. I do. I need to take some time out and be angry at the universe.
But after I’ve had my tantrum, I’ll come back to my journey. I’m not sure right now about my new direction. I did buy a lotto ticket on the way home in the vain hope that a lotto win will pay for IVF (yes that is the next step but we just don’t have the money right now).
So I’m letting it go for now. I’m taking a pit stop. I feel like I have been so focused on this for too long and I need to live my life for a bit and build up strength again.
